My Success For Recipe Development

Posted

I sometimes quip that the only down side to working at home is that I work in my home. Even with the kids gone to school it's easy to get distracted from work. Here are multi-tasking tips that I've employed, to git her done (or most of it anyway!) My WAHM- Work at Home Mom- job is to write articles online. Writing articles keeps me just as busy as any job I may have out in the community, but somehow, because I writing from my home, I am constantly faced with the at home work: cooking for people with assorted schedules, cleaning, laundry, bills, errands, phone calls, etc. This is how I multi-task (aka juggle).

French cuisine also commonly has very rich desserts, that are not only high in calories but also usually are very high in fat content and many times sugar content, such as Napoleons, creme brulee and mousses. slow cooker desserts is approximately 250 in calories and 20g of fat, while a mousse can be 700 calories and 45g of fat, which means it is best to stay away from both.

Here's another approach: You never weigh yourself. You forget your goal of losing ten pounds. What matters is getting healthier. And the only way to do that is to eat better. So you focus on that, eating smaller portions of healthy food, avoiding high-fat snacks and desserts. You're adapting to a new lifestyle and at the end of the month you realize you've lost some weight.

We had a choice of sitting inside or out. It was a little chilly in the restaurant, so we briefly considered eating outside, but ended up opting to sit by the window. Someone brought us ice water and some delicious fresh biscuits with butter and jam slow cooker creme brulee made from Georgia's muscadine grapes.

I panicked. Having never been overweight before, I wondered how this could have happened. I went to the bathroom and pulled out an old, rusted weight scale. Hoisting myself upon the thing, I started crunching the numbers, recalling when I had last been weighed at my physical. Apparently, I was about 35 pounds heavier than when first landing in DC. No wonder my old clothes didn't fit!

Layer vegetables on top of meat. Combine Lipton Onion soup mix with water, along with contents of both cans of soup in the frying pan in which you cooked the meat. Scrape leavings and stir until soups are combined. Pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours, or until meat is tender. Serve with a loaf of creme brulee juul review bread, and apple or orange slices as a side dish. Serves 6-8 hungry people.
