Going on a diet is one of the most popular, yet one of the most frustrating things you can ever do. What makes it so hard is that there are literally thousands of diets out there. Prices for the plates range in price from $9.75 for one choice of meat, up to $15.75 for four.

With a place where chicken should be the star, it's really their other dishes that shine. Maybe the sandwiches just aren't their bread and butter. Maybe their chicken plates are really where it's at.
