The Tide Of Life

At the beach,
when the tide is going out,
the waves recede and it seems
that nothing is happening in the sea.

But the truth is, the great swells
Are gathering strength beneath the waters,
Building energy for the time
that the tide will return.....

It`s similar to the times in our lives
when something we have depended
on is gone and we are left
with a feeling of emptiness and sadness.

At times like this we can take heart
knowing that God
is building strength within us, if we
can only be patient.

Relying on Jesus and faith,the tide
of life will turn, and happiness,
love, and fulfillment will once
again return to us.

I AM HERE

As we travel along
On lifes weary road,
How often our friends all say,
"You must go alone
With your heavy load,
To make it, day by day,"
But the HOLY BIBLE
Makes my heart sing,
With words so devine,
"I will go with you",
Jesus has said,
"Just put your hand in mine.
And when the heavy load,

The Day The Rose Wept

Why does He hold the Red Rose
so tenderly in His hands
What possibly could this rose mean
It is a symbol of one of His
greatest commands

Have people forgot
one very important law
"You must love one another"
Reach out with love and caring
We are all here together
just like sisters and brothers

We can live our life
filled with hate and bitterness too
But how far will that get us
Just how far do those emotions
carry us through
Do you realize the power
you are giving the person
that makes you feel this way
They are controlling how you feel
each and everyday

It is so easy to hate.....
did you know
But to turn that hate into love
Gives you strength....
It helps you to grow

Yes, the rose weeps
Because so many have forgotten
how love should feel
Loving someone you care about

He holds the rose in His hands
