so, i'm ok with who i am i'm content with my curves, love handles, fat, phat (that's p-h-a-t, phat), thickness, meat, rolls, junk-in-the-trunk, extra baggage... or whatever you wanna call it and the reason i feel oh so compelled to express my sentiments about this is because the standards of "beauty" for which i apparently am an outlier of had always defined who i was and what i hoped to be for a long time to have a body like beyonce i was willing to commit an offensive crime wanting to squeeze my big ol' %#&@$! into a size nine just so the fellas would call me a dime always limited my possibilities, my reach, my potential because i was ashamed took years for my dignity to be reclaimed but now this very day and every one afterwards i'll proclaim i am who i am and i am BEAUTIFUL ...your validation is not and never will be required i'm happy being plus-sized, thick, fat, phat (that's p-h-a-t, phat), curvy, big-boned, full-figured, voluptuous, big, large, swole, husky or whatever you wanna call it in the words of the not so average girl from ya video, ms. india.arie "well, i know my creator didn't make no mistakes on me" i will never need for you, him, her, or them to agree because i am a true beauty and i was purposefully designed with pure greatness in mind i know i'm not a dime ...hell, i'm a dime plus ninety nine LOL!
