Exquisite28 Ladies ditch foods like dairy and processed sugars if you are experiencing issues with your reproductive system. Dairy is extremely destructive to the female reproductive system, causing infertility as well as other common complaints. Processed sugars contribute to the formation and growth of cysts, tumors, and fibroids. If you have heavy, painful cycles, stop drinking alcohol excessively. Switch to natural pads, tampons, or other alternative options like menstrual cups. Change your diet, eat iron rich foods like greens, salads, and red foods like beets. The womb is under attack and has been for quite some time. Do not accept that you have the inability to conceive. I reversed my infertility over 20 years ago by implementing these changes.
