A friend once told me that "by association there you go" meaning if you hang with financially challenged people you will be, by hanging with financially wealthy people you will be. That if being who you are got you want you want you would already have it. You have to be willing to change your actions and thoughts if you want to live a different life.

We all are dealing high gas prices, food and etc.. But I ask all those that are viewing my BP page.. What are you doing about it? We can't worry about things we have no control over but we can control how we are affected by it. The days of getting into college and getting out and finding a good job to retire in about 30-40 years are over. Will you have enough money to survive on in retirement with the way prices are going up on everything. We see it today how older people are saying they are on a fixed income and don't know what they are going to do to make ends meet. You are probally saying who are you? well I have gone to school and will be getting my 3rd degree in a few weeks... yeah 3rd.. and I'm still not where I KNOW I should be. I see the layoffs and the jobs being shipped overseas...

But over the last few months I have been graced by the power above to have met some very special people. Since being around them I have grown more as a MAN and person than I have with going to college and getting my 3 degrees. I have had a crash course in the game of life and how it really works.

Although I don't have kids I do want to spend time with family, friends and be able to do what I want when I want to do it. Some of the books that I have read and on my list to read are: Secrets of the Mililonaire Mind by T. Harv Eker; As a Man Thinketh by James Allen; Think and Grow Rich by N. Hill; Financial IQ by R. Kiyosaki; the Power of the Subconcious Mind by Dr. Joseph Murphy.

I leave you with a quote: All Leaders are Readers but not all Readers are Leaders. The difference is what are you reading? You have to be willing to take control of your circumstances versus letting your circumstances control you..

I know I have written a lot but when I start to talk about my passions I tend to go on and on about it.
