If you are paying tithes you are getting scammed. Stop it. Christians, I'm not telling you not to give. What I'm telling you is that if your church (and they all are complicit) asks you to give "tithes and offerings" then they are scamming you. You have no obligation to pay the national tax of the nation of ancient Israel, to a church as if that church is a government agency. Do they provide government services? No. It is a scam and there's no other way to say it and no excuse for it. This is part of the reason our people cannot build wealth. You're being taxed as if you make $164,926 to $209,425.
