Bought my first drum machine at a church garage sale. A Mattel Synsonic, they'd thrown it into a box with a bunch of old toys. Well, it was made by a toy company. But it wasn't no toy. Soon I was banging out hardcore beats at home and had incorporated it into my friday night show at the local disco. Soon I was able to upgrade to an old Beat up Roland TR-808 bought at a second-hand store. Later got a little Casio VL-1 keyboard and TasCam 4-track casette I was ready to roll. People came from miles around to hear my disco show. And during football season they'd come to see me run touchdowns, then welcomed me like a king as took my throne on the dj's stand at the victory party. Ahh...those was the days. Then I graduated and had to start making my own money. Selling mixtapes wasn't gonna get it done. Spent a few years traveling with the Navy. Almost got married and come home to pick up the family business with my cousin. Did a few more shows the old way with turntables and stuff. Then a nephew showed us how to put the our entire show(including lights) on a computer harddrive. We did a few more shows like that then I called it quits after getting injured at my day job. Still had all that useful music software on my machine. Broke out the instruction manuals again and realized this stuff could be used to actually record songs. So as an adventurer I dove in and explored. What you hear are the results of some of my most inspired moments. But I no longer do that kinda stuff for money. It's a very satisfying creative outlet. So consider it a gift, hope you dance. I'm retired now and went back to art school. This time I actually studied something that I can make money at. Pottery and ceramics. And it's going quite well. Soon I will aquire the assets of a local pottery studio and open it as my own. Don't know what to name it yet, but it will have something to do with the red clay I love working with so much. PEACE! ...somethin' ta think about...

There once was a young girl named Spryte who could travel at the speed of light. She set off one day in a relative way, and came back the previous night.

Mixing politics and religion...a dangerous path down a slippery slope.

Why is it necessary for presidential candidates to waste an entire saturday night talking to some guy a lot of people call 'reverend' or 'pastor' or 'bishop' or whatever? This time it's Rick Warren. PURPOSE DRIVEN LIFE? What's the purpose? Seperating people from their money? I've been to a few of those so-called mega churches. And now I finally get it. It's the new disco. Those that aren't there to boogie-woogie are there because they were scared shytless by 911. People seem to be so wrapped in... (continue reading)

McCain gives HIMSELF green light to go RACIAL.-original post-31JUL08

OK folks...hope you all took the advice I gave you a few weeks ago and went out to purchase a crash helmet. Because I think it's time to get it out of the box and read the instructions. In today's 'news cycle' theMcCain camp is working it so they actually give THEMSELVES the green light to deploy stockpiles of racial weapons of mass destruction. As if to say: "you did it first so now it's fair game".
