Good day to all that enter to world of the ZPhiDva. Life is short but live it to its fullest. Understand that you should never let a good thing or opportunity pass you by.



There may come a time when life will throw a few curve balls, but it is up to the person to work out his or her situation to make it better. Is life what you want it to be??? How do you evaluate your life and what you have contributed to the lives of others???? Remember, it is always better to give than to receive.



Let me try to ease the mind of a great nation by putting my thoughts on paper. Enjoy and continue to live life. Don`t let it live you.



Do You Remember When



It was just yesterday when Wonder Woman was every little girl s hero

And watching your milk turn dark brown from dipping it with an Oreo

Getting up early on Saturday morning

To watch Papa Smurf and Smurfette even while you are still yawning



Going to school everyday just to keep up with the latest style

Realizing the next time you get a touch up will be for a while

Jheri s, Leisures, Care Free, was thought to be the best thing in the world

A woman s best friend was known to be a curl



And let s not forget the games that we loved to play

Hide and Go Seek, Red Light, Green Light or even making things out of clay

Play-Do is what it was called; tried to make lots of things

And when we really wanted to have fun, we decided to sing



U.G.L.Y. You ain t got no alibi became a famous chant

Chanting all-day and making up dance drills always made a child continuously pant

And being tired from playing all of these games

You would need to chill inside for a minute just to catch a glimpse of Fame



Let s go to the candy store and see what the candy lady has

And make sure we get enough so we have some for class

Pixie Sticks, Candy Necklaces and Now & Later s were never a drag

Don t forget to make your Kool-Aid and put it in that plastic bag



After eating all of that, your mouth and hand was all red

And having that banana clip and kiddie curl in your head

You decide to go kick it and go running up and down the street

With your play clothes on and not wearing any shoes on your feet

It was all considered a challenge and made you want to do it more and more



But times have changed along with the way of life

People now come to clubs and parties packing a gun and a knife

I wish I could go back to the old days, the way things used to be

When life was considered to be easy and care free
